To access Rights Manager, we’ll need to verify that you have rights to enforce on Facebook and Instagram. This largely depends on the following criteria:

Robust content catalog
Past infringements or violations
After you request access to Rights Manager, you’ll be contacted via email regarding whether your page is approved, along with additional information to get started. You'll access Rights Manager via Meta Business Suite desktop. Meta Business Suite allows you to manage all your content on Facebook and Instagram and assign admin roles, among other benefits. (Note, you need to have a Facebook Page in addition to your personal profile to access Meta Business Suite and use Rights Manager)
We are constantly expanding access to Rights Manager. If your request cannot be approved when you first apply, you can request access again after a waiting period, once you believe you meet the above criteria. Waiting periods are page-specific and depend on how many times you've previously requested access.
