We get it - you don’t want to be on your many devices all day long. We want you to feel creatively liberated and productive, whether you’re online or off. With desktop publishing, you’ll have more flexibility when it comes to posting and sharing your content on Instagram. The scheduling feature in Creator Studio allows you to plan posts for Instagram Feed and IGTV up to 6 months in advance, opening up your IRL schedule to fuel your creativity.
We’ve launched the ability to tag Instagram accounts in your feed photos in Creator Studio. Use it to give shout-outs to your friends or collaborators that help bring your Instagram content to life.
Now, when you publish to Instagram from Creator Studio, you can tag approved Branded Content partners. Here’s how post tagging works:
1
Once you’ve ironed out content details with a business partner, enter the creation flow for an Instagram feed post in Creator Studio.
2
Click on “Advanced Settings” and then search for the business' name. Your business partner must have an Instagram business profile to appear in search results. If they appear in the search results but it doesn't allow you to tag them, you'll need to reach out and ask to be approved. Once you have been approved by them, you can edit your post in Creator Studio by selecting it in Content Library and clicking “Edit” to include the tag.
3
Once the tag is in place, your business partner will receive a notification and they’ll have access to the post's insights.
You now have the ability to turn off comments on Instagram Feed posts within Creator Studio. When you turn off commenting, any comments that are currently on the post will be hidden.
Explore Instagram in Creator Studio now and bring your story to life from the comfort of your desktop!
