We The Culture Origin Story
Recognizing, championing and investing in culture-shaping creators
We The Culture launched in 2020 to support the next generation of Black creators on Facebook and Instagram as part of our USD $200M investment.
Our mission: to help creators spark community and build their business and lives using the Creator Program. In its first year, hundreds of creators reached audiences and developed sustainable networks with help from Meta resources and monetization tools. This inaugural funded program quickly evolved into a vibrant community of culture-shapers across the US.
Serving as a launching point for Black creators, join We The Culture as we continue to spotlight the beautiful, layered and expressive voices shaping the culture and driving it forwards.
