We've heard that you want an easier way to find sound effects and music to use in your videos, and that's why we're launching the Facebook Sound Collection. This is part of our broader commitment to providing video creators with the various tools they need to grow on Facebook.
The Sound Collection includes artists like Kiri Tse, a singer-songwriter known for a fusion of R&B, indie pop, and electronic music; Jim Santi Owen, who has a background in Indian percussion and a passion for cross-cultural collaborations; and Lyle Workman, a seasoned guitarist & film composer. We're continuing to add hundreds of new tracks including songs from Grammy-winning artists Charlie Peacock and Mike Block. We've also partnered with NASA to add 70 new space sound effects, including rocket launches and iconic dialog from the Apollo moon landing.
