Breakthrough Bonus Creator Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Anyone making a referral on or after January 1, 2026 will be subject to following terms:
Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) is offering the opportunity for eligible Instagram or Facebook Creators participating in the Breakthrough bonus program (“Referrer”) to receive incentives (“Rewards”) for referring eligible creators (“Referrals”) to the Breakthrough bonus program (“BTB Program”).
These BTB Creator Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Breakthrough Bonus Creator Referral program (“Referral Program”) and any Rewards made available to you as part of this Referral Program. By participating with the Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. Any Rewards accumulated and applied thereunder are part of “Meta Products” under Meta’s Terms of Service (“Meta TOS”), and your participation in this Referral Program is deemed part of your use of Meta Products. In the event of any express conflict between these Terms and the Meta TOS, these Terms will govern solely with respect to your participation in this Referral Program and solely to the extent of the conflict. Participation in this Referral Program is also governed by, and subject to your compliance with, the Facebook Creator Content Monetization Terms Meta reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time, and your continued participation with the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Offer: Meta will give Referrers a bonus for each creator referred and approved to join the BTB Program during the program period between 12:00am Pacific Time on September 29, 2025 and 11:59pm Pacific Time on March 30, 2026 (“Referral Program Period”).
Referrers can earn $125.00 USD for successfully referring (Successful Referral defined below) a creator with under 100,000 followers on a platform other than Facebook. Referrers can earn $250.00 USD for successfully referring a creator with 100,000 or more followers on a platform other than Facebook.
Eligibility:
Referrer Eligibility: A Referrer must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible to receive Rewards through the Referral Program:
Already be enrolled in the BTB Program prior to making the referral
In compliance with the guidelines set out for the BTB Program, including but not limited to complying with the Facebook Creator Content Monetization Terms
Invited by Meta to participate in the Referral Program.
Referral Eligibility for the BTB Program: A referral must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible to apply to the BTB Program.
Reside in the United States.
Be 18 years of age or older.
Have an existing presence on a third party social app that can be linked during the application process.
Have or create an Instagram professional account and Facebook Page.
Must have at least 20,000 followers on another social app.
Additional program requirements may apply as set forth in the BTB Program website.
How Referrers Can Participate:
Share: To earn Rewards for Referrals, share at least one piece of public content to either Instagram or Facebook before March 31, 2026.
Apply: Referrals must apply to the BTB Program using your unique referral link.
Approved: Meta will review each Referral application to the BTB Program and approve qualified creators based on BTB Program eligibility requirements and following an evaluation of the Referral’s online social presence. Referrals must be approved by Meta to join the BTB Program in order to be considered a Successful Referral (as defined below).
Rewards:
Standard Rewards: Referrers can earn a bonus for each Successful Referral (as defined below) during the Referral Program Period.
Referrers can earn $125.00 USD for successfully referring a creator with under 100,000 followers on a platform other than Facebook. Referrers can earn $250.00 USD for successfully referring a creator with 100,000 or more followers on a platform other than Facebook.
A Referrer is not subject to any limit or maximum number of Referrals. The Referral must apply to the BTB Program using your unique referral link. Referrers must post at least one piece of public content to either Instagram or Facebook before March 31, 2026.
“Successful Referral” means an eligible Referral that satisfies all of the following criteria:

The Referral applies to the BTB Program using the Referrer’s unique referral link.

The Referral is approved by Meta to join the Breakthrough bonus program in accordance with the applicable eligibility requirements and following an evaluation of the Referral’s online social presence.
Referrers will only be eligible to earn Rewards once the Successful Referral is approved to join the BTB Program and completes the above requirements.
Reward Payout:
Rewards earned for Successful Referrals will be disbursed monthly through Payouts on Facebook and pursuant to Meta’s Facebook Content Monetization beta.
Rewards earned via Successful Referrals will appear on a Referrer’s Referrals Insights page on ProDash within 24 hours of a Referral being approved to the Breakthrough Bonus program. The referral payout will be added to total program earnings in ProDash within 48 hours of a Referral being approved to the Breakthrough Bonus Program.
Referrers will receive payouts in their bank account and in the Facebook Content Monetization Hub the calendar month after a Successful Referral is processed.
Any referrals made before January 1, 2025 and after September 13, 2025 will be subject to the following terms and conditions

Additional Rewards: During the period beginning at 12:00am Pacific Time on November, 25, 2025, and ending at 11:59pm Pacific Time on December 31, 2025 (the “Additional Rewards Period”), eligible Referrers may earn additional cash rewards based on: 1) total number of Successful Referrals, as defined below, made during the Additional Rewards Period (“Additional Rewards for Successful Referrals”), and 2) referring at least five (5) eligible Referrals all whom are Unsuccessful Referrals, as defined below, Referrers can earn a one-time $25 USD reward.

Referrers will only be eligible to earn Rewards once the Successful Referral is approved to join the BTB Program and completes the above requirements.
Additional Reward: (November 25, 2025 - December 31, 2025 - Only)
1. Additional Reward for Successful Referrals: Eligible Referrers will receive an Additional Reward based on the total number of new Successful Referrals to the BTB Program during the Additional Rewards Period, subject to verification by Meta, as follows:

Tier One: 5 to 9 new Successful Referrals – $500.00 USD

Tier Two: 10 to 14 new Successful Referrals – $1,000.00 USD
3
Tier Three: 15+ new Successful Referrals – $1,500.00 USD
2. Rewards for Unsuccessful Referrals: Meta will give a one-time bonus of $25 USD reward to eligible Referrer(s) who meet the following criteria (“Unsuccessful referrals”) during the Additional Rewards Period:

The Referrers must refer at least five (5) Referrals who each apply to the BTB Program using the Referrer’s unique referral link.

None of the referred Referrals are approved by Meta to join the BTB Program.
The reward will be issued only once per eligible referrer, regardless of the total number of Referrals who meet the above criteria.
Notification and Payout for Additional Rewards: Referrers who qualify for Additional Reward(s), subject to verification and in Meta’s sole discretion, will be notified via e-mail within one (1) to two (2) weeks after the end of the Additional Rewards Period. Additional Reward(s) will be paid to qualified Referrers in the same manner as standard Rewards, as described in the Reward Payout section below.
A Referrer is not eligible to receive Additional Rewards unless and until they are personally notified by Meta. All decisions made by Meta regarding eligibility and reward distribution are final and binding, and not subject to appeal.
Reward Payout:
Rewards earned for Successful Referrals will be disbursed monthly through Payouts on Facebook and pursuant to Meta’s Facebook Content Monetization beta.
