ANNOUNCEMENTS

Meet Creator Assistant: Your AI partner, built right into Facebook

June 4, 2026

We’re rolling out creator assistant — a new AI tool built into your dashboard on Facebook that helps you brainstorm content ideas, understand your performance in plain language, and get personalized guidance based on your own content and audience.

Creating great content is only part of your job as a creator. Between analyzing performance, figuring out what to post next, and trying to make sense of your numbers, it can feel like you need a whole team behind you. That's why we built creator assistant: a conversational AI tool in your dashboard that acts as a personalized creative partner, built right into your Facebook workflow.

Here's what it can help you with.

It knows your page, so every answer is specific to you

Unlike general-purpose AI tools, creator assistant understands your specific Facebook presence: your audience, your engagement trends, and your top-performing content. You don't have to copy-paste stats or explain your niche. Just ask what you want to know and get guidance that's specific to you and your community.

And over time, creator assistant gets even more helpful. The more you use it, the better it understands your personal creator goals — whether that's growing your audience, increasing engagement, or optimizing for monetization. It tailors its guidance to help you make progress toward what matters most to you.

Fresh ideas when you're feeling stuck

We all hit creative blocks. Creator assistant helps you work through them by suggesting content ideas, new angles, and formats based on what's actually resonating with your audience. Whether you want to build on a recent hit, figure out what your community is craving, or try something new, it's like having a brainstorm partner who's always up to speed on what's working for you.

Your insights, explained — just ask

Your dashboard already gives you the numbers. Creator assistant helps you understand what they mean. Ask about your posts, your audience, or your performance, and it breaks things down in simple language like you’re texting a teammate who knows your page well. You can keep asking follow-ups to dig deeper until you have a clear picture of what's happening and why.

"One of my biggest complaints with Facebook analytics or analytics in general has always been that I don't know what to do with those numbers. So I really appreciate having something that can break it down for me."

Tips for getting the most out of creator assistant

Be specific with your questions. The more specific you are, the more useful the answer. Instead of "give me content ideas," try "give me Reels ideas based on what's been performing best with my audience this month." You can also attach a specific post and the assistant can pull in real numbers from your actual content to give you tailored guidance.

Ask follow-up questions. Don't stop at the first answer. Dig deeper and ask "what made that Reel work better than the others?" or "give me a few variations on that idea." Try coming back after you post something to ask how it performed and what to try differently next time. Creators are seeing real change in performance when they follow the pattern of posting a piece of content and using creator assistant to analyze the results and refine the approach for their next post.

Mix up what you ask about. Creator assistant can help across your whole creator journey. Creators who find it useful say they often bounce between topics in a single session: how a recent Reel is doing, what to post next, when to post it, who's following them, how they are tracking towards monetization eligibility. The more areas you explore, the more you'll discover what it can do.

Treat it as a creative partner, not a replacement. You know your audience best. Use creator assistant’s suggestions as a starting point and bring your own voice and judgment to the table. And if something isn't landing, tell it why. The more direct feedback you give, the better it adapts to your style, your goals, and the way you like to work.
